All prices and payments made on the outlet-sofa.it website are expressed in euros (€).
2. PRICES
The prices published on the website include applicable VAT, unless otherwise indicated as permitted by current legislation.
Before completing the order, the customer clearly sees:
- the price of the selected products;
- any applicable discounts;
- shipping costs;
- the total amount to pay.
No additional costs will be requested that were not clearly communicated before order confirmation.

6. SHIPPING COSTS
The applicable shipping costs are:
- orders equal to or greater than €160: free standard shipping;
- orders less than €160: fixed shipping cost of €15.

When a refund is due according to the applicable policy, the amount is returned using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed with the customer.
The time required for the refund to be visible may depend on the payment circuit or the customer's bank.
